Our sole purpose—

to help you navigate the challenges you’re facing.

Our philosophy

We believe therapy benefits everyone.

It’s the ultimate investment in yourself. You’ll improve your personal well-being and relationships, and discover how your thoughts, perceptions, and actions interact with the world around you.

We won’t sugarcoat it—therapy is hard work and the subjects we explore might be difficult or uncomfortable. But we’re here to help you face these challenges with real, honest conversations in a positive and supportive environment.

Our founder: Heather Keltai

Being a therapist is more than my profession—it’s my purpose.

I’ve always wanted to make a positive and meaningful impact on people, and though it’s taken different forms personally and professionally, it’s guided every decision I’ve made over the past two decades. At its simplest, I love to make people feel better.

I started my career in performance and comedy. I loved being on stage and channeling my own personal experiences to drive connection with an audience. This connection—the ability to make others laugh and smile—means the world to me.

My passion for fairness, equity and service defined the next phase of my professional journey. As a federal background investigator conducting one-on-one interviews, my ability for genuine connection gave space for candidates to open up—I heard “Why am I even telling you this?” more times than I can count. But the nature of the position kept me from providing any additional support and left me wanting more.

Mental health counseling combines all the elements I found most rewarding in my previous roles. I’m able to focus on you as an individual, develop a deep connection, and see the impact of our work. I make people feel better and can go the extra mile with them—which keeps me fulfilled and excited for work each day. So let’s start today, and have deep, engaging conversations, and some fun along the way.
