What we do
We combine the science of performance with the psychology of change—finally making health feel attainable and sustainable.
We’re realistic, person-centered and honest—we know transforming your health is harder today than it’s ever been, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be simple. Our coaching system is grounded in simplicity—we define what you want to accomplish and how to get you there in the most effective, efficient way possible.
How we do it
A structured, personalized coaching process that prioritizes consistency and targeted effort.
Change is difficult. Lots of change—all at once—is nearly impossible. But that’s how most people start out trying to live healthier lives. Our unique approach makes change easier and helps you stick with it, increasing the chances of achieving your goals. No gimmicks. No all-or-nothing thinking. Just clear systems that adapt to you.
We apply Relative & Progressive Change—taking stock of what you’re doing now, identifying areas to incorporate small adjustments and healthier behaviors, and building on your progress as these changes become second nature.
Our approach
There is no failure here, only information to help us succeed.

Assess
First, we explore how your habits, daily routine, home/work environment and social network affect your ability to make positive changes. What opportunities for change already exist?
Next, we develop simple, actionable and strategic behaviors and integrate them into your current lifestyle. No need to change everything all at once—make one or two changes and perform them with relentless consistency.
Finally, we look at how we’re performing and feeling. What’s working and what’s not? Do we add, subtract or modify to get us closer to our goals? It’s an active and collaborative process that adapts to your needs.
Our founder: Jonathan Keltai
Hi, I’m Jonathan—a health and fitness coach. Nice to meet you.
I’ve spent more than a decade as a personal trainer. That’s over 20,000 hours working with regular people with a desire to improve their health and well-being—people with jobs, families, obligations and stress. Conventional training was too limiting for the majority of my clients and didn’t address many of the variables affecting their ability to make positive changes. I can tell you what exercises to do in the gym, but will that translate to long-lasting results?
That’s why I’ve broadened my focus and now emphasize a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. Together with you, we’ll tackle habits, nutrition, environment, social support, and mindset in addition to exercise—each of these a component in making a truly healthy and resilient individual.
Prioritizing your health can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Anyone can make positive changes as long as they’re given the proper tools to succeed. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to combine real-world, practical experience with my training in nutrition, exercise science, and psychology to make the pursuit of health and fitness simple.
