How much do therapy sessions cost if I don’t have insurance?
Sessions cost $120-200 for self-pay clients, but if you’d like to work together and cost is a barrier, let’s talk about it—we may be able to offer you a sliding scale. Please note that intake sessions have a different cost structure—you can learn all about our fees here.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
We believe therapy benefits everyone—there’s no challenge too big or small. Our multidisciplinary approach combines different methodologies and tools to address your specific needs. Depending on what works best for you, we can challenge you, be a cheerleader, or act as a sounding-board—we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to you. Everyone is different and we’ve got you covered.
What can I expect during my first session?
Our first session centers on learning more about you. You’ll have the space and time to talk about your goals and expectations for therapy, letting us know how we can best support you. We’ll cover the ground rules of our therapeutic relationship to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every session. And we’ll answer any questions you might have to determine if HeddyMind is the right fit.
