Licensed Clinician Pay: $45-$50/hr

Provisionally Licensed: $35-$40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual mental health therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote client well-being
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and provide comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Adhere to appropriate IT security practices to protect client information
• Conduct a minimum of 15 client contact hours weekly and be available to work at least one evening per week
• Foster collaborative relationships within our multidisciplinary team and facilitate client referrals when appropriate to ensure comprehensive client care
• Stay current with updated research and best practices
• Serve as an advocate for mental health awareness within the community 
• Contribute to HeddyMind Therapy Collective’s educational initiatives by developing and leading workshops and seminars  
• Must have a confidential, private location with reliable internet access to conduct therapy sessions remotely
• Masters Level Provisionally Licensed Clinicians must agree to individual supervision at least once per month and group supervision at least 3 times per month

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at HeddyMind, you are pivotal in delivering exceptional, individualized care to our clients. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, families, and/or groups, assisting them in attaining their mental health objectives through evidence-based practices and customized therapeutic interventions that align with their distinct needs and journeys.

Qualifications:

• Possess a full and unrestricted license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing to practice in Connecticut or provisional license (LPCA or LMSW)
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Proficient in providing evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions and exercising strong clinical judgment
• Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access
• Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software, previous telemedicine experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
